This course is a pass/fail program that incorporates extensive classroom and hands-on training and incorporates both written and practical examinations that are based on the requirements of the OSHA regulations and the ANSI Z359.2 standard.
Students attending this course will expand their knowledge and ability to identify hazardous conditions, develop programs and make equipment selections to properly deal with those hazards. The Program Administrator training builds upon the Competent Person course adding in key components that are necessary in the establishment of fall protection programs and system development. Upon completion of this course, the student will receive a certificate recognizing that they have met OSHA and ANSI requirements as a Program Administrator and Competent Person. Additionally, upon completion, the students will receive templates to develop a fall protection plan and conduct fall hazard surveys.

The Competent Person/Program Administrator training course is designed for managers, immediate supervisors of individuals working at height, safety professionals or other key personnel that are responsible for the supervision, implementation and monitoring of a managed fall protection program. This training includes the Competent Person and Competent Inspector courses.
